Meet Sophie

As a busy mum and someone who's gone through medical trauma's, Sophie knows how important it is for look after your body and nourish it with mindful movement and eating well. Every time she steps on to the mat she feels grounded and connected. This is what brought the vision of Bloom & Balance Pilates to life: to help people feel good in their bodies, to move more, feel more connected body & mind and energised.


Sophie trained with a one of the UK's most trusted provider of health, well-being and personal trainer courses, Future Fit, to gained her level 3 mat certification. She has since gone on to add small equipment, advanced Pilates and Barre. Sophie's classes are created to be a time for you (even if you only have 10 minutes), a chance in the day to invest in yourself. She prides herself on delivering fully guided classes whether you are in person of taking a class online. The classes will challenge you, deliver variety, yet not lose the core Pilates principles and are fun. Sophie believes moving your body should never feel like a chore.
